TaskFlow Enterprise interface — a request and approval portal that refuses to accept the same task twice
Interface rendering of TaskFlow Enterprise, produced from the system's real screen architecture. The live installation sits behind client authentication.

Overview

An enterprise workflow portal on its own design system, handling structured request intake, manager approval chains, duplicate detection and employee sentiment measurement.

The problem

Shared-service teams drown in duplicate requests. The same issue arrives four times through three channels, each one opening its own approval chain, and the team spends more effort deduplicating than resolving.

How we approached it

Score incoming requests for similarity against open work at the point of submission and surface the likely duplicate to the requester before they commit. Approval chains are modelled as data so a reporting-line change does not need a deployment. The whole interface runs on a unified design-token system, which is what made a large-scale visual overhaul a single-file change rather than a rewrite.

Where it stands

Fewer duplicate chains, approval routing that follows the real org structure, and an eNPS signal collected in the flow rather than through a separate annual survey.
