Overview

A business-management platform built as commercially billable modules that switch on and off per tenant: HRIS, time and attendance, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance and learning, budgets, procurement, assets, and the SaaS engine that bills for all of it.

The problem

Mid-sized South African organisations get forced into one of two bad options — an international ERP that knows nothing about EEA2, COIDA or BCEA overtime, or a stack of disconnected local tools with no shared identity, workflow or audit trail.

How we approached it

Build the cross-cutting layer first: a reusable workflow and approval engine, RBAC with record-level permissions, immutable audit logs, POPIA controls and a reporting engine every module borrows. Then deliver module by module, each one production-ready at the point it ships. Statutory compliance is treated as a first-class module, not a report bolted on later.

Where it stands

Delivered through fifteen releases to a platform carrying the full employee lifecycle, South African statutory compliance, procure-to-pay with budget gates, an asset register with custody trail and depreciation, and supplier invoices with three-way matching and AP ageing.
