Overview

A product discovery and price intelligence platform: instant search across merchant feeds, continuous price watches, geographic radius intelligence, deal scoring against price history, and a merchant portal.

The problem

Price comparison is a snapshot. By the time a shopper has compared, the price has moved, and there is no way to say "tell me when this drops below R4 500 within thirty kilometres of me".

How we approached it

Treat the watch as the primary object rather than the search. Connectors prioritise official merchant APIs and feeds over scraping, price history is retained so a deal score means something, and radius intelligence is computed server-side so a shopper on a phone is not doing geometry.

Where it stands

Built in four phases, each fully functional before the next began — product foundation, market intelligence, merchant ecosystem, then advanced discovery.
