01
A visible project plan
You can see exactly where your build is, at any hour.
Every engagement gets a live plan in the client portal: milestones, what is in progress, what is blocked and what is signed off. No status meeting needed to find out where things stand, and no surprises at handover.
02
Screen updates as they are built
See the actual software, not a progress bar.
Screens are published to your portal as they are completed, so you review real working interfaces during the build rather than at the end of it. Feedback given early costs a change; feedback given late costs a rebuild.
03
Online support
A tracked channel, not somebody's WhatsApp.
Raise an issue in the portal and it becomes a tracked item with a status, a priority and a history. You can see what has been acknowledged, what is being worked on and what has shipped.
04
Deployment and installation
We put it live, on your hosting, properly.
Provisioning, DNS, mail, TLS certificates, backups and a restore drill. You receive the source, the schema, the migrations and the credentials, and a written record of how it was deployed.
05
Additional enhancements
The system keeps changing, because your operation does.
Enhancements are scoped and quoted the same way the original build was: written scope, fixed price, staged payment. Existing clients are not charged a premium for work on a system we already know.
06
Scalability and improvement
Built to still work at forty times the load.
Multi-tenant architecture, server-side pagination, background queues and migration ledgers from the start. As volumes grow we tune the queries and the infrastructure rather than starting again.
07
Waiting on you, in plain sight
The schedule never dies quietly in an inbox.
When something needs your side — an approval, content, DNS access — the live plan says so in plain sight, with the date it is due. You always know exactly what is with you, and nothing slips because an email went unread.
