The information here
We keep the content accurate and current, but nothing on this site is a quotation, an offer capable of acceptance, or professional advice for your specific circumstances. Scope, price and timelines are agreed in a written proposal, and only that document binds either of us.
The 50% offer
The promotional discount applies to new web application projects booked during the current promotional period, against our standard rates for the scope agreed in writing. It applies to new engagements, not to work already quoted or in progress, and it cannot be combined with another discount. We may withdraw or change the offer at any time; a project already scoped and accepted in writing keeps the terms it was accepted on.
"We beat any quote"
Send us a written quote from another provider for genuinely comparable scope and we will beat it. We need the quote in writing, and we reserve the right to point out where the scopes differ rather than match a price for less work.
Payment on delivery
For fixed-scope work, payment falls due when the delivered work meets the agreed scope in your environment. Larger builds are split into slices with a payment against each slice. The specific arrangement for your project is set out in the proposal.
Portfolio images
Screens shown in the portfolio are interface renderings produced from the real screen architecture of systems we built. They are illustrative. Live installations hold client data behind authentication and are not published. Product and company names belonging to others are used for identification only.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and images on this site belong to Athena Advisors SA 786 (Pty) Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy them without written permission.
For delivered client projects, ownership of the commissioned source code passes to the client on final payment, as set out in the engagement agreement.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
